Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Translate market insights into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Lead cross-functional projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement operational plans that bridge strategic vision with day-to-day execution.
- Collaborate with various departments to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership, including market analysis, project updates, and performance metrics.
- Monitor industry developments and recommend adjustments to business strategies as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; overseas educational background is preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record in both in-house and agency-side environments.
- Strong background in market research, strategic planning, and project execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent command of both English and Mandarin, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
