The Opportunity: Legal Director

As our
Legal Director
, you will be the key architect of REJOIN's global legal framework. You will develop and lead strategies for legal risk management, compliance, and internal control, ensuring our global business operates lawfully, ethically, and efficiently. This role requires a seasoned legal professional with significant experience in the medical device industry, ideally with international exposure and a proven ability to manage complex legal matters and cross-border compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the group's legal strategy
    aligned with overall corporate objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a robust enterprise risk control and compliance framework
    tailored to global operations.
  • Review and ensure all major group-level decisions, policies, and project documentation
    comply with the laws and regulations of relevant jurisdictions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
    , providing legal support for global commercial activities.
  • Lead internal compliance audits and oversee distributor compliance reviews
    across multiple markets.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to business units
    , including feasibility analyses, risk assessments, and actionable legal solutions.
  • Represent the company in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution
    ; participate in negotiations of key agreements and settlements.
  • Drive internal legal education and training initiatives
    to foster a culture of legal awareness and risk mitigation.

Who You Are

We're looking for someone with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Education & Major: Master's degree or above in Law or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant legal experience, including 5+ years in a legal leadership role within a mid- to large-scale medical device company.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, auditing, and risk management.
  • Skills: Practical experience in handling IP disputes, commercial litigation, contract law, and internal audit processes.
  • Attributes: Strong cross-cultural communication, decision-making, coordination, and execution skills.

您将作为 REJOIN 锐健全球法务架构的核心设计者,负责制定公司整体法务与合规策略,确保公司在全球市场的运营合法、合规并高效进行。此职位需具备深厚的法务专业背景,特别是在医疗器械行业中的经验。

主要职责

  • 根据集团的发展战略制定法务发展的规划;
  • 建立集团的经营风控体系、制定法务管理制度和流程;
  • 审核集团的重大项目、决策、文件、政策是否符合相关国家的法律、法规的规范;
  • 起草、审核公司合同和其他合同性文件、为公司的合规运营提供法律支持;
  • 领导和组织公司内部合规的审计以及经销商的合规评审;
  • 解答业务部门的法律咨询,提供法律可行性分析,法律风险预测,提供有效的解决建议;
  • 代表公司处理涉及的诉讼和仲裁,参与重大合同或纠纷的谈判;
  • 内部的法律宣传教育和培训工作,提高全员风险意识、降低经营风险。

  • 年龄:35 周岁以上
  • 学历与专业:硕士或以上学历,法律相关专业;
  • 工作经验:10 年以上法务相关经验,5 年以上中、大型医疗器械法务管理经验;
  • 专业知识:具备法律、审计等相关知识;
  • 实务技能:应对商业侵权/知识产权侵权/经济纠纷诉讼,内控审计的实践经验和技能;
  • 综合能力:良好的协调、沟通、决策与执行力。
