Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter/Account Manager Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual eager to develop skills in IT recruitment while transitioning into account management and business development. The trainee will focus on sourcing and placing IT contract professionals and gradually take on responsibilities for managing and growing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Primary Focus):
- Source, screen, and interview IT contract professionals (e.g., software developers, system analysts, network engineers) to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Utilize job boards, social media, professional network, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process between clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, skills, and market demands to effectively match candidates with client requirements.
Account Management & Business Development (Future Growth):
- Assist in managing existing client accounts by maintaining regular communication, understanding client needs, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Support senior Account Managers in resolving client issues and ensuring contract renewals.
- Learn to identify opportunities for expanding services within existing accounts and pitch tailored outsourcing solutions.
- Participate in business development activities, including prospecting new clients, attending industry events, and preparing proposals to secure new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong interest in recruitment and the IT outsourcing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and CRM systems is an advantage but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a client-facing account management role.
