Job Responsibilities
Business Development:

  • Develop PCS & EE project business through various channels, contribute significantly to national-level business growth
  • Plan and execute own visit schedule based on current turnover and assessed market potential and seize business opportunities
  • Promote the company's brand and value proposition to customers, especially for strategic segment.

Sustainable Business Growth

  • Manage Salesforce and sales pipeline quality
  • Get know-how about segment customer and coach the team
  • Manage the cash flow

Team Leadership

  • Set SMART goals and communicate them clearly to the team, evaluate team performance accurately and develop action plans
  • Improve sales efficiency through targeted strategies
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to individual team members
  • Managing the compliance issue

Distributor Management

  • Understand distributors' business models and develop tailored action plans
  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with distributors
  • Visit customers and prospects in the presence of distributors
  • Evaluate distributor performance and develop corrective action plans
  • Ensure distributors receive prompt and effective support from the company

Job Qualification

  • 5 years sales management background, team member at least 5 person
  • College and above
  • Tech background is taken as advantage
