Job Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Develop PCS & EE project business through various channels, contribute significantly to national-level business growth
- Plan and execute own visit schedule based on current turnover and assessed market potential and seize business opportunities
- Promote the company's brand and value proposition to customers, especially for strategic segment.
Sustainable Business Growth
- Manage Salesforce and sales pipeline quality
- Get know-how about segment customer and coach the team
- Manage the cash flow
Team Leadership
- Set SMART goals and communicate them clearly to the team, evaluate team performance accurately and develop action plans
- Improve sales efficiency through targeted strategies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to individual team members
- Managing the compliance issue
Distributor Management
- Understand distributors' business models and develop tailored action plans
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with distributors
- Visit customers and prospects in the presence of distributors
- Evaluate distributor performance and develop corrective action plans
- Ensure distributors receive prompt and effective support from the company
Job Qualification
- 5 years sales management background, team member at least 5 person
- College and above
- Tech background is taken as advantage
