Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development plans in designated regions (excluding China) in alignment with the established sales strategy for power electronics, expand sales channels, and achieve sales targets.
- Build and optimize overseas sales and local technical support teams to ensure the implementation of business unit strategies and the achievement of the 3-year plan.
- Lead and guide the team in developing key customers in the region, maintain strong customer relationships, and collaborate with the product development department to provide pre-sales and after-sales solutions and services.
- Understand customer needs, market trends, product direction, and competitors' business strategies.
- Coordinate with R&D, product management, and technical support departments to formulate business proposals for customers, including product offerings, pricing, services, and related sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to promote the company's brand and products, and conduct joint product presentations with partners.
- Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university; fluent in English communication.
- Min. of 10 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills, capable of smooth and timely coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
