该职位来源于猎聘 I. Tasks / activities: The job holder is employed as a Technical Sales Representative for the Aviation Business in China. This position makes it necessary to travel as necessary. The main tasks of the job holder are the following: -Maintain the current accounts and business. -Develop additional/new business opportunities at each account as defined and the new potential customers. -Meet the set Annual Sales Revenue as defined for each customer, control the sales expenditure. -Market analysis and develop sales forecast based on account and program in conjunction with the Customer Service. -Promote new products, product modifications, and services of the company to the customers, prepare and develop proposals and presentations for internal and external meetings. -Customer support and claim disposal. -Operation of sales negotiations including the target to generate contract closings. -Presentations for customers and/or interested parties. -Monitoring of market trends, customer trends and activities of the competitive environment. -Reporting directly to the Superior on a regular basis. -Compile monthly sales reports and customer visiting reports -Close cooperation with the internal backup service II. Knowledge / skills required -Master degree. -Good knowledge of the industry/market and customers, major in coatings and/or aviation in-dustry preferred. -Ability and willingness to keep the own knowledge up to date -Good ability of cooperation, collaboration and teamwork -CET VI, fluent oral and written in English and another foreign language if needed, Germany preferred. -Good communicative skills and the ability to persuade (conciseness), flexibility and problem solving. -Negotiating skills, rhetorical skills (reducing complexity). -Clear ambition to succeed, result oriented. -Able to work under pressure. -Knowledge of Microsoft Office software. -Outgoing and generous in personality -Willingness to travel.
