- Responsible for global HSE (Occupational heathy, safety and Environment) process, rule, regulation implementation in China
- Responsible for HSE compliance required by China interested party
- Responsible for coordinating identification, evaluation and management for hazards and HSE risk of China
- Responsible for organizing and executing training related HSE for China employee
- Organize and coordinate management industrial waste, HSE related emergency drills, regular test, examination, registration, declaration and necessary activities
- Lead regular safety committee meeting, site checks, proposing improvement suggestions and track improvement actions
- Manage HSE responsibility agreements for all China employee
- Assist evaluating China supplier and contractor including contract management, content review and requirement etc. from HSE perspective
- Be the HSE representation of Belimo China for communication with interested party
- Stopping and correcting acts of illegal command, forced adventure operations, and violating operating procedures.
- Support internal and external audit and manage findings
- Maintain HSE necessary records
- Other tasks assigned by line manager REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Educational and professional experience in the field of health, safety and environment management / Engineering.
- Lead auditor preferred.
- Certificates of Safety Officer and Occupational Health Officer preferred.
- Certified Safety Engineer preferred.
- Above 3 years working experience in HSE management system (ISO14001, ISO45001, safety standardization, etc.) establishing, maintenance and implementation in factory.
- Excellence experience with HSE compliance management in manufacturing
- Profound PC skills (MS Office).
- Language:
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge for documentation management software
