In this role, you will
- Develop and implement annual sales and market plans in responsible regions.
- Oversee daily sales management to achieve the regional order target and other financial targets.
- Help customers to identify their needs and provide suitable and value-added solutions.
- Work together with Business Technology units to strengthen and develop customer relationships.
- Coordinate packaging & paper service and capital business-related activities in the region responsible.
- Collect and analyze market, customer and competitor information.
- Organize customer satisfaction surveys and lead to creating and implement improvement actions
- Recruit, train, manage and develop sales team.
- Act as key account manager for certain customers at corporation level.
To be successful in this role, we expect you with
- At least 8-10 years of experience in sales with a strong technical background and solid understanding of paper and board machine equipment and applications.
- At least 3 years in the leading sales or technical team.
- Experience of working in a matrix organization of multi-national company.
- Ability to confidently prepare and present solution proposals to corporate executives and managers at all levels.
- Ability to work across business functions with strong consensus building skills to move strategy forward.
- Self-motivated and passionate about work and dedicated to continuous improvement and growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- High degree of integrity.
- Willingness to travel.
