  • Payroll
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely execution for all employees.
  • Manage payroll administration services and address complex payroll inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with finance on the monthly (MJE) manual accounting entries into OFP-MJE (One Finance Platform MJE Module)
  • HR System Maintenance
  • System administrator for Beeline and CWF management.
  • Employee data maintenance in People Hub and other HR related systems.
  • Handle system set up, configuration and change request as a contact point, etc.
  • Employee life cycle
  • Handle candidate reference check and support the whole employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding.
  • Support training deliveries, training record maintenance, training fee payment, tracking employee participation and progress.
  • Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs, such as insurance, wellbeing and iShare programs, etc.
  • Assisting with the resolution of employee concerns and serving as a contact point for employees on HR-related matters, responding to inquiries, and providing information and guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Employee p-file management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Relevant Experience
  • University graduate in relevant majors.
  • 5~8 years related working experience. Functional / Technical Competencies
  • Excellent English and Chinese, in both speaking and writing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with Workday, Beeline and Taleo is a plus.
  • Change oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Good team player & result oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office usage, e.g. Power Point, Word, and Excel.
