Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research on target countries or regions, collecting and analyzing local political, economic, legal, and cultural information to provide decision-making support for factory construction planning.
- Based on market research results and the company's global intelligent manufacturing business development strategy, evaluate potential locations for localized factories, considering factors such as land, transportation, infrastructure, and human resources.
- Lead the preparation of factory construction plans, developing detailed construction schemes including process flow design, equipment selection, architectural design, and construction organization design.
- Be responsible for communication and coordination with local governments, industry associations, partners, etc., to ensure project compliance and secure policy support and resource incentives.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedules, promptly resolve issues arising during project execution, and ensure the achievement of project quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
- Regularly organize project review meetings, report project progress to direct superiors, and propose improvement suggestions to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in multinational factory construction projects.
- Familiarity with the process flow and equipment selection in the wind turbine or other large equipment manufacturing industries; possessing project management and engineering planning capabilities.
- Strong market analysis, data analysis, and report-writing skills, with the ability to independently complete market research and factory planning reports.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to handle complex interpersonal relationships and cross-cultural communication challenges.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to a high-intensity, fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in common office software and engineering drawing software.
- Fluent in English as a working language.
