Responsibilities
该职位来源于猎聘 Mission of the role: To manage and grow sales listing within the HORECA channel by building strong relationships with distributors, trade customers, bartenders, and other key stakeholders, while ensuring brand visibility and compliance with company standards. Work Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:  Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, bartenders, and other professionals in cocktail bars, hotels, night clubs, and restaurants.  Act as a brand ambassador to enhance brand awareness and loyalty among these key audiences. Performance Targets:  Achieve and exceed KPIs assigned by the company, focusing on sales targets and market share growth. Market Penetration:  Expand the reach of our product portfolio within the Horeca channel, identifying new opportunities and increasing product visibility. Channel Efficiency:  Continuously seek and implement ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of channel investments, optimizing sales strategies for maximum impact. Trade Activity Execution:  Deploy and manage trade activities initiated by the brand team, ensuring they are executed effectively and aligned with company objectives. Collaboration:  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to achieve company goals and enhance overall customer experience. Data Management:  Manage and analyze sales data, generating tracking reports to inform strategy and improve decision-making processes. Brand Display and Exposure:  Ensure that company core brands are displayed in the best possible locations to maximize exposure and sales opportunities. Marketing Compliance:  Monitor and ensure that all marketing activities are applied according to company standards, maintaining brand integrity across all touch points. Requirements:  College or above  3 years(and above) working experience at a multi-national company.

 Premium Alcoholic drink industry for on-trade business, especially in cocktail bars, night club, hotel and western restaurants related is favorable.

 Experience in imported spirits, wine and F&B industry will be a plus.  Good in English.  Independent, proactive, self- motivating, mature and accountable.

 Deep understanding of imported wine and spirits business.
