- Leadership, Training and Development -Oversee staffing, ensuring the operation running smoothly -Lead internal clients and staff meetings as appropriate -Manage and assist staff to ensure client service expectations are met -Resolve disciplinary issues in a timely and legally compliant way -Foster a positive, cohesive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment between staff members of both intra- and inter-office departments -Prepare and conduct employee evaluations and development planning -Create a succession plan for site roles covering staff promotion, resignation, termination -Observe regulatory requirements on labor
- Compliance -Ensure strict compliance with both client and Williams Lea established processes, procedures and policies, particularly covering confidentiality of client corporate information -Keep current with new information and policies, and communicate changes to team
- Customer Service -Meet clients contacts regularly to discuss and feedback on operational issues -Follow up issues and apply examples of good practice -Assure highest customer service and customer communication standards -Ensure compliance and quality assurance procedures are implemented -Oversee business continuity plan covering the provision of services to client in the event of site inaccessibility -Manage client-instigated special projects including software implementation & upgrade -Provide input to client reporting or information requests -Identify opportunities for service enhancement; conduct quarterly site best practice audit Requirement -Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in international companies preferred -6+ years' experience in a leadership/management role -Experience in business development -Excellent command of written and oral in English -Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, basic knowledge of Access -Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills (both oral and written) -Proven track record in managing sizable teams and able to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
