Job Description
We are seeking a Senior SQA Engineer to join our team in delivering high-quality validation for automotive systems. You will design and execute test plans, validate the requirements of the system designs, architectures, and contribute to ensure system stability and performance. This position offers the opportunity to work with global Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs on next-generation automotive systems in a collaborative and innovative engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
1、Develop and execute test plans for Yocto Linux VM and Android Automotive OS VM on Tier-1 Hypervisor platforms.
2、Validate function, performance, and stability on automotive platforms.
3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams on defining test scope, acceptance criteria, and risk management.
4、Generate detailed test reports and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality.
Requirement
Requirements
1、Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
2、5+ years of progressive experience in automotive embedded software testing, with significant experience collaborating with or working at automotive OEMs, demonstrating leadership or process improvement capabilities.
3、Strong understanding of embedded Linux (Yocto), Android OS, and QNX, and hypervisor fundamentals.
4、Working knowledge of automotive standards such as A-SPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434
5、Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
6、Willingness to travel for business (approximately 2 to 4 trips per year).
Preferred Qualifications
1、Profound knowledge and practical application experience with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) process assessment model in all testing phases: unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing).
2、Participated in the design and execution of test cases for ADAS autonomous driving systems.
3、Prior involvement in test case design for safety-critical systems.
4、Exposure to robotic automation, HIL (hardware-in-the-loop) testing.
5、Familiarity with CAN bus, Ethernet AVB/TSN, or other automotive communication protocols.
6、Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks (Python-based) and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
