As a manager, you will work closely with team partners and senior managers to promote business development/project proposal activities and marketing activities to clients, primarily Japanese companies. You will also participate in project delivery support and work closely with the local consulting team to provide high-level consulting services to clients. As a member of the JBD consulting team, you will provide the following project proposals and delivery support to our clients:

  • Market research and strategy development
  • Organizational and business process optimization
  • Performance improvement and cost reduction
  • IT/Digital transformation and implementation support/PMO
  • M&A and business restructuring support
  • Other consulting service support Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or above
  • Experience working for Japanese company or providing consulting services to Japanese companies.
  • Relevant experience as corporate planning manager, digital planning manager or other consultant-like roles working in IT or management consulting firms, Big 4 accounting firms or any major companies.
  • Experience in project proposals and marketing activities for client companies
  • Proactive approach to learning and maintaining knowledge of the latest business trends and new technologies.
  • Group facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work directly with client executives, employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 level or equivalent), English, and Mandarin Key personal attributes
