职位描述
1、负责相关业务线的基础岗位及关键岗位招聘工作,进行简历筛选、招聘需求的更新及职位发布;

2、负责电话面试和初步面试,对职位候选者做初步把控,把控招聘流程,及时跟踪候选人意向;

3、协助进行招聘渠道维护,并完成相关运营工作;

4、协助进行人才市场人才信息的整合和输出;

5、协助进行招聘数据统计,定期汇总并形成报告分析。

1.Responsible for End-to-End recruitment of both entry-level and key positions within the assigned business line, including CV screening, updating hiring needs, and job posting;

2.Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, manage the recruitment process, and closely follow up on candidate interest and status;

3.Assist in maintaining and optimising recruitment channels, as well as supporting related operational tasks;

4.Support talent market research and contribute to the integration and analysis of external talent information;

5.Assist in recruitment data tracking, compile regular reports, and provide analytical insights.

职位要求
1、本科及以上学历;

2、具有良好的沟通能力、较强的逻辑思维能力,能够熟练使用Office办公软件;

3、耐心、细致、有责任心,有良好的团队合作精神;

4、性格开朗,自驱力强,有较强的抗压能力,喜欢有挑战的工作;

5、有猎头经验优先;

6、英语可作为工作语言使用。

1.Bachelor's degree or above;

2.Strong communication and logical thinking skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;

3.Detail-oriented, responsible, and collaborative, with a strong sense of teamwork;

4.Proactive, positive, and resilient, able to perform well under pressure and enjoy taking on challenges;

5.Experience in agency or headhunting background is a plus;

6.Proficiency in English as a working language.
