Responsibilities:
-Familiar with credit-related business operations; responsible for providing data support, analysis, commercial calculations, and forecasting across business lines.
-Develop a customer lifecycle management system through data analysis, propose user growth and marketing strategies, and improve customer conversion and engagement rates.
-Design international credit business and risk metrics, analyze and implement business data reporting requirements, and provide actionable insights for business and management decisions.
-Monitor and analyze business and risk metrics, establish early warning mechanisms, and drive resolution of business issues.
Requirements:
-Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems through data analysis.
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; prior experience in credit business analytics preferred. -Background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related fields.
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with independent commercial analysis capabilities.
-Clear logic, innovative thinking, resilience in facing challenges, passion for work, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-Proficient in SQL or other data analysis tools; skilled in at least one of SAS, R, Python, or similar analytical tools.
