Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ensure all Service Level Agreements are meet as per SLA; Ensure all customers / client queries are responded & resolved within the stipulated Turn Around Time; Ensure timely review/update of work files, and follow-up on outstanding issues and actionable items; Enforce compliance with Firm's financial, operating policies/procedures and SOX requirements; Stay good communication with clients and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in finance/computer system, or at least 3 year of relevant work experience; Fluent in English both written and oral, CET 4 equivalent; Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; Experience in ERP system is a plus; Have a strongly study ability of system logic and analysis ability of problem solving; Willing to study new knowledge by analysis, investigation, training or communication; A high degree of independence is required on a day to day basis; High self-motivated and good working attitude; Capability of team work, interpersonal skill and relationship building; Positive approach to meeting client needs; Have a higher working efficiency, and will not delay works.
