Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic
Talent Acquisition Consultant
to lead talent sourcing efforts across Southeast Asia (SEA), including markets such as Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. In this role, you will execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent for critical roles across our organization, with a focus on building a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Sourcing
:
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies tailored to SEA markets, leveraging data, market insights, and regional trends to identify passive and active candidates for roles across functions (e.g., tech, business, operations, leadership).
- Proactively source candidates through diverse channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards (e.g., JobStreet, Kalibrr), professional networks, industry events, social media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok for niche roles), and referral programs.
Candidate Engagement & Pipeline Management
:
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, acting as a brand ambassador to showcase our company's culture, values, and opportunities in SEA.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing workflows: screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, assessing cultural fit, and maintaining a high-quality talent pipeline in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience
in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in sourcing for SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia or Philippines preferred). - Proficiency in sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and regional job platforms.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple roles, and adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs.
- Passion for building diverse talent pipelines and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
