The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Observe market dynamics, analyze market trends and consumer psychology, and report the results to the Paris and domestic creative centers;
- Guide or formulate quarterly merchandise plans based on the results and improve them;
- Develop regional merchandise launch plans, and promptly carry out actions such as allocation, distribution, replenishment, and return of goods;
- Maintain close communication with regions and stores to meet product demand and ensure sales targets are achieved;
- Follow up on the sales performance of the current season's new products and promptly put forward requirements for additional orders;
- Provide suggestions for the next season's product development based on factors such as sales performance, terminal feedback, and trend styles;
- Follow up on store inventory checks, handle discrepancies, and ensure the safety of the company's assets and the accuracy of product information;
- Prepare product data reports, analyze sales structures, and assist the operations department in making decisions.
Job Requirements/ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in merchandise work in high-end and luxury footwear and apparel brands, and a relatively in-depth understanding of luxury brand operation methods;
- Rich work experience in merchandise planning and merchandise operation;
- Strong data analysis ability and report production ability, familiar with relevant tools and software;
- Unique insights into luxury brand market trends and consumer behavior psychology;
- Strong communication and coordination skills, and a team spirit;
- Proficiency in English as a working language; overseas education background is preferred.
