该职位来源于猎聘 Job Scope The Manager, Mainland Marketing Public Media Relationship will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the organization's visibility and engagement across public media channels in mainland markets. This role involves overseeing the creation of compelling content, such as consumer/customer-facing press releases, articles, and multimedia materials (excluding government/corporate affairs' scope of media relationships), that effectively communicate the organization's initiatives and value propositions to diverse audiences. In addition to content creation, the manager will manage media relations by building and nurturing relationships with key media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and public relations, is essential to ensure alignment and seamless execution of campaigns. The use of data analytics will be crucial for assessing campaign performance and providing insights for ongoing improvements. Staying updated on industry trends within the public media landscape is critical for this role. Conduct research to identify new opportunities and challenges, enabling the formulation of innovative marketing strategies

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in strategic branding and public relations, media relations within agencies and/or multinational companies.
  • Extensive experience in the mainland China market, with a deep understanding of local consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
  • A well-rounded skillset that includes exceptional verbal and written communication, strategic mindset, analytical savvy, and the ability to implement initiatives while collaborating effectively across functions. TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Strategic Implementation: Strong strategic thinking capabilities with a proven
  • track record of translating high-level strategies into actionable branding
  • Marcomm plans, including content development.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for creating impactful presentations, analyzing data, and developing comprehensive documentation.
  • Language Fluency: Native-level fluency in spoken English and Mandarin/Cantonese, with highly polished and eloquent writing skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
