Job Description
Work with store team to achieve sales goals, maintain highest level of customer service, enhance customer relationship, and ensure flawless retail operations execution.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve or exceed individual sales plan to support store meet monthly/annual sales plan.
  • Utilize exemplary selling skills to effectively identify customer needs and close sales.

Service Excellence

  • Deliver customer service excellence through words and actions; Engage every customer in an interaction that results in the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Positively contribute to store's delivery of the Tiffany experience and Tiffany brand promise.
  • Independently resolve all customer issues up to the maximum level permitted under the established Retail guidelines.

Client Relationship Development

  • Build client relationships by capturing and utilizing client data and engaging in other strategic developmental activities.
  • Utilize client development resources provided by the company to maximize sales potential.
  • Ensure all day-to-day activities adhere to key retail strategies and current initiatives in order to drive the success of the business.

Store Operations

  • Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain execution of visual directives and display standards on the sales floor.
  • Remain current on all company updates and complete provided training courses to ensure compliance with company policy changes.

Cross Function Collaboration

  • Work as a team partner with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive store environment.
