KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take ownership for power management IC promotion programs, define their value proposition and drive them to success in China market
 - Identify the right measures to push our products in the market, including finding adjacent markets, potential customers and value chain partners (reference design developer and manufacturer)
 - Develop, organize and lead marketing campaigns to push portfolio into the market.
 - Maintain close relationship with our regional sales teams and distributor partner to regularly discuss market and customer developments
 - Support definition of future global focus promotion programs by proposing products and product families best suited for China market (driven by customer and application needs), proposing China market sales and design-in/design-win targets and aligning those targets with China account teams
 
Skills /Competencies
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
 - Deep understanding of power IC 's and their application. Familiar with PMIC like LDO, DCDC, ACDC controller and converter.
 - Familiar with automotive customers.
 - At least 3 years of sales, FAE, or Marketing work experience in PMIC semiconductor company.
 
Soft SKILLS:
- Self-motivated and performance driven business sense.
 - Fluent written and spoken English
