协调设计进展过程和变更

With guidance from SPM or HoCS, propose the tailor-made procurement strategy to client. Coordinate project procurement plan according to each project unique requirement. Control scope of service for each package. 依据各项目的特殊要求,协调项目采购计划。控制各个项目包的服务范围;
Coordinate internal or external QS for project cost control 协调内部或外部工料测量师,以控制项目成本
Develop project schedule, update implementation plan and in accordance with the progress of the project 制定项目进度计划,并根据项目进展情况更新执行计划
Host the meeting with clients 主持与各协作单位的工作会议
Management and coordination with client for the job follow-up and implementation 管理协调各协作单位的工作跟进与落实

Bachelor's degree. Major in engineering or project management 本科以上学历,工程或项目管理专业。
8+ years experiences in project management for manufactory or property projects 8年以上制造工厂或地产项目的项目管理经验
Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation 熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 优秀的组织能力并关注细节
Has on-site experience 有现场工作经验
Be able to multitask and manage priorities 具有分清轻重缓急处理多项事务的能力
