该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities Include:
- Provide sustaining engineering support to production to improve product cost, *** pass yield and cycle time.
- Perform failure analysis and implement CA/PA (A3, 8D, FMEA).
- Manufacturing documents preparation, provide training and maintaining the process control in production.
- Continuous improvement with Kaizen activities.
- Work closely with R&D to support new product development.
- Transfer, install, set up and buyoff the new process & equipment. Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor or Masters in Engineering or related fields
> 8 years of DB/WB Process Engineering or NPI engineering experience
- Familiar with Die Bonding, wire bonding or hot bar or automation assembly process.
- Familiar with manufacturing process control tools and method such as SPC, DFM, FMEA, etc
- Familiarity with the design of experiments (DOE) and 8D method Data analysis and report preparation skills.
- Self-driven, self-motivated, and good logical thinking.
- Good command of English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Willing to participate in calls in multiple time zones for NPI project, and occasional overseas (Thailand) support other site.
