How You'll Make An Impact
- You will support on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of various types of power transformers, distribution transformers, HVDC transformers, and dry-type transformers.
- You will support on-site routine replacement and maintenance of transformer spare parts, replacement of large components, replacement of seals, capacity expansion renovation, and overhaul of transformers.
- You will do maintenance and repair of OLTC for transformers; Sampling and replacement maintenance of transformer bushing and will witness the on-site handover test of transformers, conduct status assessment test operations, and prepare reports.
- You will do installation and debugging of digital equipment on the transformer and will independently or organize teams to provide on-site services, prepare materials, equipment and tools for major and minor repairs of transformers, confirm transportation, and implement on-site.
- You will ensure support in good construction organization, safety, technical measures, and construction plan conversion ability, service project site safety progress management, organizational coordination, and preparation of completion reports for handover to users.
- You will be acceptance and handling of customer complaints; (including on-site handling), cooperate with the quality department to collect data on on-site quality issues and will be regularly engaged in skill enhancement learning to master new service products and service skills; management and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- You hold a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering.
- Require graduation for 2 years or less.
- Physically healthy and able to adapt to frequent business trips (including overseas).
- Good communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, learning and innovation abilities.
- Good English dictation ability and fluent English-speaking skills.
