We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Operations Manager
to lead end-to-end platform operations, including livestreaming, short-form video commerce, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in driving GMV growth, excels in data-driven decision-making, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

What You'll Do

  • Take full responsibility for TikTok Shop operations, including livestreaming, short-form video content planning, and driving sales growth.
  • Develop and execute TikTok platform operation strategies to enhance market penetration and boost revenue.
  • Work closely with cross-border teams to plan campaigns, launch products, and track performance results.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key metrics such as GMV, ROI, CTR, and CVR, continuously optimizing performance to achieve scalable business growth.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with agencies and KOL partners to ensure steady GMV growth.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in TikTok e-commerce or short-video platform operations management.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant GMV growth through TikTok initiatives or campaigns.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities, able to independently manage end-to-end projects.
  • Experience working in a well-known e-commerce company or platform (candidates with small or medium-sized enterprise experience will not be considered).
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
