About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resources Director to lead our global HR function. This pivotal role requires a unique blend of a strategic HR leader and an expert "talent hunter." The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive global headhunting experience to build a world-class talent network, directly sourcing and securing top-tier professionals from the global financial sector to drive our international growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and execute the global HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives. Drive organizational development and effectiveness initiatives. - Global Executive Talent Acquisition (Core Focus):
- Build, manage, and leverage a robust global network of high-caliber candidates and recruitment partners across key financial markets.
- Personally lead and execute end-to-end senior-level searches for critical roles within core business lines (e.g., Investment, M&A, Funds).
- Design and implement proactive talent sourcing strategies and mapping to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- HR Systems & Optimization:
Design and refine performance management systems and multi-faceted incentive schemes (including long-term incentives) to motivate and retain key talent. Oversee the development of competitive global compensation and benefits structures. - Global HR Operations & Compliance:
Establish and optimize international HR policies and processes. Navigate complex cross-cultural management issues and ensure compliance with regional labor laws.
Qualifications & Experience
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
, with a minimum of
3 years in a hands-on global headhunting capacity
(either in an executive search firm or as an in-house senior recruiter). - Proven expertise in full-cycle, international senior-level recruitment.
- Full professional proficiency in English, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
Strongly Preferred:
- Direct experience supporting the
Financial Services industry
(e.g., Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Asset Management). - Relevant degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in a multinational corporation, managing complex HR projects in a multicultural environment.
