The Role

Harneys Fiduciary is seeking a talented Business Development Associate Director to join its successful team. This role is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing the most appropriate BD strategies and initiatives to grow revenue for the Asia region.

The successful candidate will work with the BD and Client Services team, and report to the Associate Director who is based in Hong Kong.

What You'll Be Doing


• Develop the business to achieve objectives of increasing revenue, profitability and market share for the relevant practice


• Manage the client accounts and maintain good relationship


• Cross selling to existing clients and building new business pipelines


• Prepare quotations and marketing materials


• Guide the client to proceed order and explain the KYC requirement to make sure client satisfaction


• Handle the complaints and assist to resolve their issues


• Communication internally with legal, OB, BAU, CS and Compliance team


• Networking through the marketing event such as client meetings, conference and seminar (Business trip in Asia Region may need)


• Marketing research and analysis for the relevant practice of multi-jurisdictional (BVI, Cayman, HK & Singapore)


• Assist in handling ad-hoc projects when required

Skills & Qualifications


• Degree in business, marketing and finance services or a related field


• At least 5-8 years' marketing and business development experience in the offshore company industry preferred, less experience will still be consider


• Valuable if have directorship, offshore trust, family office, corporate trust & agency service experience


• Good attitude, team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and part of a team


• Work under pressure and result oriented


• Ability to work on multiple issues


• Have excellent negotiation skills


• English, Cantonese & Mandarin are must
