该职位来源于猎聘 In this position, you will play a role in completing the development of testing programs based on new project introduction and the development of software requirements based on process optimization and improvement in operations. Key Responsibilities:
- In the NPI project, collaborated with the R&D team to identify testing requirements, make software development plan, develop testing programs, validate testing processes, and complete the release and delivery of testing software.
- Document and implement all product specific tools, test & alignment equipment in order to test and report the requirements for new product introductions.
- Responsible for testing program verification, maintenance and upgrading of developed test solutions during the production phase.
- Provide tooling, maintenance instructions, and test & alignment equipment documentation in accordance with company or program requirements.
- Ensure the stability and synchronization of the testing software system.
- Collaborate with the team to develop requirement-based testing in continuous improvement projects.
- Integration and optimization of testing software.
- Work together with Production, QA and R&D for trouble shooting.
- Develop and maintain work instructions. Define training content and train the trainers.
- Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager. Education:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information or related majors. Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of software development experience.
- Experience in testing software maintenance in factory priority.
- Familiar with Github
- Know-how in optics and visualization techniques and applications will be a plus.
- Simatic PLC programing is preferred. Competencies:
- Experience in test software program design skills with C++, Python, C#.
- Design and Optimization ability for structure of testing software.
- PLC application, automation equipment integration and validation.
- Know-how of the standard Microsoft window programs (word, excel, access, power point, SQL server, …).
- Knowhow of reporting languages (Minitab/6 Sigma statistical analysis tool, quality tools, etc).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skill in both writing and speaking.
