Job Responsibilities
- Manage both offline and online recruitment of foreign teachers for the U.S. campus, expand overseas recruitment channels in line with hiring plans, and ensure fulfillment of overseas foreign teacher hiring targets.
- Oversee the management, performance evaluation, and retention/termination decisions for overseas foreign teachers (both online and offline).
- Handle daily communication with overseas foreign teachers, manage training programs, and oversee teaching performance evaluations.
- Support the department head in executing project-based initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a full-time program; fluency in English and prior overseas study or living experience required.
- At least one year of relevant experience in foreign teacher recruitment, with proven ability to manage, maintain, and develop international recruitment channels.
- Experience in large-scale (batch) recruitment of foreign teachers is preferred.
- Familiarity with foreign teacher training and management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility.

任职要求:
1、全日制本科及以上学历,英语流利,具备海外留学或海外生活经历;
2、一年以上同岗位工作经验,熟悉外教招聘渠道的管理、维护、开发等;
3、具有外教批量招聘经验优先;
4、熟悉外籍教师培训管理优先;
5、具备良好的沟通能力、抗压能力和责任意识。
