Duties and Responsibilities: Develop system solutions for the international Energy Storage business. Monitor market demands from key accounts and establish a communication channel between R&D and customers. Regularly collect market condition data, develop strategic measures to remain competitive, and collaborate with R&D department to adjust technical programs. Lead and support pre-marketing promotions for new technical solutions. Participate it industry trade shows and marketing events to enhance the company's recognition. Communicate with the product team, providing customer feedback and ensuring compliance with European regulatory requirements. Interpret IEC and other regulatory standards, offering insights for the company's product lines. Successful applicants: Up to 3 years of working experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills across functions and all level levels, both internally and externally. Strong Logical thinking, judgment abilities, sensitivity to customer needs, and a sense of mission. A system and product-level mindset. Exceptional business insights.
