该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary The Sports Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination, oversight, and execution of key sports sponsorship initiatives across the region, with a primary focus on the Chinese Swimming Association (CSA) partnership, athlete sponsorships, and event sponsorships. This role acts as a critical link between strategic planning and on-the-ground implementation, ensuring cross-functional alignment and maximum return on sponsorship investments. Key Responsibilities

  • Sponsorship Planning & Execution Lead the end-to-end execution of CSA sponsorship activities, including contractual fulfillment, activation delivery, and day-to-day operational coordination. Manage the implementation of athlete and event sponsorship programs, covering image rights, appearances, kit supply, and onsite activation. Serve as the central point of coordination across Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure timely achievement of project milestones. Develop regular performance reports (weekly/monthly) to track progress, analyze results, and support management decision-making.
  • Team Sales & Partner Support Partner closely with the sales team to provide technical and marketing expertise, supporting the promotion of Speedo's competitive product line to provincial teams, schools, and clubs. Advise on product selection and brand alignment to help drive team sales growth in line with marketing strategy. Support the Manager in monitoring regional partner activations to ensure brand consistency and local market impact.
  • Operational Excellence & Logistics Oversee administrative processes related to sponsorship execution, including payment processing, invoice management, and equipment logistics. Maintain accurate records of sponsorship assets, including inventory, gifts, and event tickets. Facilitate internal and external meetings, documenting key decisions and tracking action items through completion. On-site management of key events (e.g., competitions, athlete engagements) to ensure seamless execution of branding, hospitality, and sponsor entitlements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Cultivate strong day-to-day relationships with key contacts at sponsored organizations, including CSA, athletes, and event organizers. Serve as a liaison within the internal cross-functional team to ensure transparent and timely communication of project updates and requirements. Qualifications Essential Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship management, or event execution, preferably within an international brand or sporting goods environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel domestically and within APAC as required. Preferred Knowledge of or passion for competitive swimming or sports. Basic understanding of budget management and financial processes. Direct experience working with sports federations, athletes, or major event organizers.
