Responsibilities

  • Integrated Marketing Communication
  • Lead agency to develop Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plan that fit with China market and product positioning.
  • Lead and cooperate with media team in all aspects of advertising and media planning for the brand.
  • Ensure integrity of consumer communication activities within the overall brand strategy, also provide guideline to other parties (sales, e-commerce team etc) implementation.
  • Owns Creative development strategy and advertising process for the brand.
  • Accountable for existing portfolio packaging design and execution and ensure fit within overall brand strategy and visual identity guideline.
  • Contribute to agency management briefing and evaluation process.

  • Project Management

  • Ensure that all projects related to the brand are delivered effectively.
  • Develop project management capability of the project teams.
  • Prioritize brand projects and allocate resources appropriately.

  • Strategic Planning

  • Support development of brand strategies (at local level) for the brand. Strong ability to set priorities, make tradeoffs and have clear focus.

  • P&L Management / Financial Forecasting

  • Support in delivering brand P&L in line with business objectives. Prioritizes and ensures resources are focused to deliver business objectives.
  • Support in providing all marketing inputs into the Annual Budget and Latest Estimation (LE) for the brand.

  • Distribution/Channel Management

  • Jointly collaborates with Sales to leverage shopper and customer insights into stronger brand plans.
  • Collaborates with Sales to develop clear brand priorities and objectives by channel.
  • Understands the evolving channel dynamics and applies to brand plans.

  • Vitasoy Marketing Policies, Compliance and Integrity

  • Clear understanding of all relevant Vitasoy policies, including Vitasoy compliance requirements and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or above;
  • At least 10 years brand marketing management experience in consumer goods industry;
  • Strong communication skill and team work ability;
  • Good mental agility and learning agility, persistent, result oriented;
  • Fluent English both in written and oral;
  • Fluent at MS office software (PPT, Excel, Word);
  • Strong capability of product innovation and IMC/digital campaign development.
