We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
Senior Assistant Vice President (AI) - Data and Analytics - PROCESS MANAGEMENT.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML and LLM-powered solution to improve customer experience and operational efficiency in regulated environment.
- Develop and optimize pipelines across cloud environments to support the AI/ML and LLM-powered solution to meet the required performance metrics.
- Test, evaluate and monitor performance of the AI/ML and LLM-powered solution to make adjustment as necessary.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business units and stakeholders in agile delivery model.
- Ensure the solution developed is reliable, scalable and secure.
- Ensure data quality, model governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop solution playbook and conduct training of the required development capabilities.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other related discipline with minimum 5 years' working experience on data analytics.
- With solid experience of project management, campaign leads / event triggers deployment, MI reporting, customer data analysis to drive omni-channel customer life cycle management.
- Experience in batch/real-time lead generation and decisioning, enterprise solution is preferred.
- Strong knowledge on programming languages such as SQL, Python and SAS etc. and cloud data knowledge for data analytics.
- Self-Motivated, positive, passionate and willingness of continue learning.
- Experience in team management and motivation for continuous improvement.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, and team management skills.
- Possesses good understanding of business applications to convert data into a business value and advantage.
- Highly effective communication with the ability to translate complex and technical analytical approaches into business language and outcomes.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
