We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Band 4 Nursery Nurse to join the Child Development teams based across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire in a variety of community settings, including home, nursery, school and child development clinics.
As a Community Nursery Nurse you will work alongside the community paediatricians and community therapist by supporting the Band 5 nursery nurse to undertake the NHS Grampian Child Development Assessment schedule Birth-five years and / or Schedule of growth skills and observation.
We are looking for an early year's practitioner who has experience of working with pre-school children within the home and the wider community setting, preferably within a health context. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team as well as a lone worker. A full orientation/induction package will be given for the successful candidate.
This post will be supported by the Band 5 Community Nursery nurse.
