Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (brand, retail, digital, and eComm) based on consumer insights and market trends, aligned with HQ guidelines. Translate global brand positioning into localized marketing plans and campaigns to maximize awareness, traffic, and sales.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales and eComm teams to drive business results through aligned planning. Collaborate with HQ brand, product, and digital teams to ensure consistency and synergy.
- Execution & Operations: Oversee campaign planning, retail calendar, PR, events, and digital activations. Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring efficiency and ROI. Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to optimize strategies.
- Team & Budget Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Manage the marketing budget effectively, aligning with business priorities and ensuring cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong track record in brand management, retail and digital marketing, ideally in luxury, fashion, or consumer goods.
- Experience bridging global strategies with local execution in China.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial acumen; data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English required.
