Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Take on new S&D production development from concept to scale-up, reformulate and improve existing production.
  • Translate culinary inspiration into manufacturable formula
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory
  • Cross-functional collaboration, work closely with marketing, culinary, sales to build success together.
  • Maintain accurate records of formulations, test result and projects process.
  • Managen multiple development projects with clear timelines and deliverables.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in food science or related
  • 10 years in relevant business
  • Seasoning company, sauce practice.

Functional Knowledge

  • Solid foundation in food science especially in S&D.
  • Understanding of food processing methods, stabilizers, emulsifiers and preservation systems.
  • Knowledge of ingredient functionality, sensory evaluation, and product performance control.
  • Familiar with regulatory labeling nutrition and quality assurance practices.

Business Expertise

  • Ability to translate technical into customer revevant production
  • Understanding of cost optimization, and commercial feasibility
  • Awareness of market trends in S&D category
