Description
As a Program Manager you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design and develop innovative consumer products and operation processes. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. In this role, you will:
- Drive and manage New product initiative or new vendor on boarding process in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple complex projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
- Own & drive the new program roadmap
- Integrate strong and clear analysis and business rationale into sound decision-making
- Leading all communications, upward and downward through the organization
- Work with cross-functional IT/BI teams to further automate key processes
- Work with cross functional teams such as Operations, engineering, business, legal and compliance to create new processes to meet business requirements
- Leading supply china related cost savings projects
- Follow program development process to provide all Logistics related supports
- Align with cross functional teams for timely new product launches into market places
- Provide logistics consultant supports
- Travel as required
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of with Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience working with complex data sets
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
- Bachelor's degree
- 1) 7+ years of experience in supply chain, experience in process design and improvement in consumer electronic companies is preferred
- 2) 7+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines
- 3) Strong data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques; excel skills are required
