  • Performs day-to-day monitoring of system activities, analysis of system utilization and resources, capacity control, performance tuning, coordination of system upgrades or fixes, adding/deleting users from the system, and generates reports as required
  • Resolving Horizontal Application problems i.e. Office, Outlook, IE and etc.
  • Support for Remote Access (VPN, Remote Desktop, wireless)
  • Patches and Updates support for OS & AV.
  • O/S version / Service Pack's upgrade.
  • Software and Firmware upgrade.
  • Basic network connectivity troubleshooting
  • Resolving Compatibility issues
  • Isolate Problems to local / backend / Troubleshoot and fix problems
  • Detect potential problems and intimate the concern leads or managers both business & IT.
  • Raise tickets with hardware vendors based on warranty availability of the problematic product.
  • Should be able to configure & troubleshoot basic IP & Digital phones.
  • Validate physical damages of assets appropriately before and after providing or taking back an asset provided to an employee. 任职要求:
  • Has experience in System Administration discipline(s) and technologies described in an actual task order proposal.
  • Desktop/Laptop Support
  • Work along with different teams for various activities as required by the company on various initiatives
  • The engineers should be available for QMA / BCPDR drills to ensure support is provided during those respective activities.
  • Good English skills, workable oral english
