Job Description:
Optimization of Sales Processes: Responsible for streamlining and enhancing sales processes to ensure best practices are followed by the sales team, thereby increasing sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Sales Data Analysis: Collect and analyze sales data to provide regular sales reports that help management understand sales trends, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
Sales Forecasting and Target Setting: Assist in developing sales forecasting models and collaborate with the sales team to set quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring they are realistic and achievable.
Sales Tool Management: Manage CRM systems and other sales tools to ensure data accuracy and effective utilization, boosting the sales team's productivity.
Development and Management of Sales Incentive Policies: Design and optimize sales incentive policies to ensure fairness, effectiveness, and consistency with company objectives.
Sales Performance Management: Establish and maintain a sales performance management system, regularly evaluate the performance of the sales team, and provide feedback and improvement suggestions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in sales or sales operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within sales management or sales operations.
3.Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, etc.
4.Strong project management and interdepartmental collaboration skills.
5.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively with team members at multiple levels.
6.Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
7.Problem-solving ability and innovative thinking.
8.Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English, able to write reports and conduct oral communications.
