Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily maintenance and support of company office software, IT infrastructure, and business systems to ensure a stable office environment.
- Assist in managing and maintaining basic resources on the AWS cloud platform, including configuration and monitoring of services such as EC2, S3, and VPC.
- Use automation scripts (e.g., Shell/Python) to simplify daily operational tasks and improve efficiency.
- Participate in permission management, troubleshooting, and user support for company IT office software (e.g., Office 365, DingTalk/Lark, internal systems).
- Assist in maintaining Kubernetes clusters and related services (e.g., Ingress, Service Mesh), performing basic deployment and monitoring tasks.
- Participate in operational security practices, including vulnerability scanning, permission control (e.g., AWS IAM, local permissions), and emergency response.
- Build and improve monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus/ELK) to achieve system observability and rapid fault detection.
- Assist in system capacity evaluation, performance optimization, and cost control efforts.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Essential:
- 1-3 years of experience in Linux operations/IT support, with basic understanding of distributed systems.
- Familiarity with basic operations and maintenance of common AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, IAM), with cost awareness.
- Understanding of basic Kubernetes concepts and common operations; experience in containerized application deployment and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Shell/Python), with the ability to write automation scripts for daily tasks.
- Solid foundation in information security, familiarity with common security vulnerabilities and preventive measures.
- Basic knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus/ELK, with the ability to configure monitoring items and review logs.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of efficiently supporting internal users' IT needs.
Preferred:
- Experience in maintaining office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Lark, or other collaboration tools) or providing IT support.
- Understanding of basic CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., GitLab/Jenkins).
- AWS certification (e.g., SAA), Kubernetes certification (e.g., CKA), or security-related certificates.
- Interest in Web3/blockchain technology; experience in operations or development in related fields is a plus.
