Your Role
- Understand & execute national operations development strategy, set up regional operation process & operations model according to local customer/business requirements & local business situation, work together with regional sales manager to take full responsibility for regional P/L.
- Implement safety policy in region, Invest in safety facilities and arrange regular training & internal audit to ensure zero accidents and employees health.
- To organize centralized order processing to ensure order booking quality. Fast response to customer requests & followed through procedure optimized & system tools support.
- Set up & implement service contract operations model in region to achieve machine availability & contract probability
- Big data digging to find room to improve.
- Capacity planning & localized service technicians.
- Implement MOT service culture & service quality evaluation
- Set up & implement key account service model
- Regularly visit customers, analyze customers feedback, to understand customer expectation, then Continuously improve our service quality
- Regularly analyze repeated visits, then take actions to reduce
- Investment plan on service van, service force & service tools to improve service response time.
- Make yearly regional operations budget and cost control
- Regular communication meeting with regional CTS/OFA/IAT managers
- To ensure all items in warehouse & workshop are accuracy
- Make capacity planning based on regional business forecast and responsible for hiring.
- Set up competence development pipeline region, to organize competence grading, technical skills training
- Transfer and explain company policy & expectation to employees, make sure to be well understood.
- Coach Service managers and supervisor to improve their competence on leadership level.
- Follow company BCOP.Regular internal audit to ensure whole operational process under control
To succeed, you will need
Experience Requirements
- Min 5 years operations experience in compressor equipment service or related equipment.
- Previous experience in compressor field service would be a plus
- Management experiences is a must.
Educational Requirements
- Graduate from University with a minimum of bachelor degree major in Business, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other related fields.
Other Requirements
- Willing to travel
Knowledge
- Analysis, planning and organizational skills is an advantage.
- High proficiency in Chinese and English language, both written and spoken
- Good computer skills including good command of Microsoft Office software, Lotus Notes and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge on SAP would be a plus.
