What you'll do:
- Support clients throughout their journey — from onboarding to day-to-day assistance.
- Handle client queries, troubleshoot basic platform issues, and escalate when needed.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to deliver on client needs.
- Collect and maintain customer data, preparing reports to track satisfaction and retention.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve services.
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years in customer-facing roles (customer service, account coordination, or similar).
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in
both English & Chinese
