Responsibilities:

Identify and maintain relationships with channels (AGI, AI Infra, LLM, GenAI, smart hardware) per company strategy. Proactively source high-potential investment opportunities and new channels.
Conduct due diligence on potential investments (technical assessment, business review, competitive analysis). Lead deal execution: analysis, structuring, negotiation, closing, and post-investment management.
Lead global AI research initiatives. Regularly map key areas: trending AI apps, smart hardware, major tech releases, academic labs, and funded projects.
Manage daily operations of the investment team: task allocation, performance evaluation, and process optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above from a globally recognized institution. STEM major preferred (Computer Science, AI, ECE, etc.).
Proven experience in global AI (R&D, product, or VC/PE investment). Background in top tech firms, smart consumer brands, research institutes, or funds required. Must have completed multiple AI project investments.
Strong analytical reasoning, market research, self-learning, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. High passion for investment and intrinsic motivation.
