Role Overview

 Problem Statement: Customers want to shop for products from around the world from their mobile phone or PC.

 Goal: Provide Coupang customer with access to wide international selection that is competitively priced with fast consistent delivery

 Mission: Focused on a) prioritizing set of global sellers to close gaps with key competitors (Naver, Gmarket, Aliexpress, Amazon, Wish, eBay, Shopee etc.). b) expanding to introduce new sellers to Korea.

What are the 4 things you need this person to do?

 Negotiation and collection feedback on current seller related systems. Push forward the improvement and implementation between product managers and engineers.

 Initiate new programs for CN Rocket Growth related issues to increase work efficiency and drive performance.

 Define and provide seller requirements and insights to CN/KR teams to influence product and policy decisions and improve seller experience and business results.

What You Will Do

 Define business requirements for new processes/programs across CN/KR Global Selling and taking part in their implementation.

 Work with global program/product owners and local business heads to build/execute/enhance process to increase work efficiency and drive performance.

 Work closely with both sales/business and technical/product management leaders to scope and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with our long-term objectives, ensure we are prioritizing the right initiatives.

 Drive China related initiatives to support the new product/solution launches, including in-depth business analysis/tests/solutions.

 Collect and analyze quantitative data from various data sources and support the new initiatives execution.

 Serve as the main contact point for designated projects, and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to coordinate our overall deliverable plans.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,

 Finance, or related field.

 8+ years of professional experience in operation, program management, business analysis, or finance.

 Excellent communication (verbal and written) in both English or Korean.

 Ability to work cross multiple functions and create strong partnerships with all stakeholders.

 Strong analytical skills, and demonstrates ability to interpret data and make business recommendations.

 High capability in organizational and coordination.

 Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including a strong working knowledge of Excel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 MBA preferred.

 Experience in E-Commerce;

 Experience in strategy planning

 Basic SQL knowledge;
