Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute sales strategies to hit revenue, profit, and market share goals, including managing Amazon ads (Sponsored Products, Brands).
  • Optimize listings via keyword research, content (titles, descriptions), A+ Content, and Storefront design to boost visibility and conversions.
  • Track KPIs (sales velocity, CTR, inventory turnover, reviews) using Seller Central, Helium 10, etc., and act on insights.
  • Manage inventory to avoid stockouts/overstock; coordinate with supply chain for FBA optimization.
  • Stay updated on Amazon policies/algorithms; adapt strategies to stay compliant and seize opportunities.
  • Resolve customer issues, manage reviews/ratings, and improve CSAT/seller feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align Amazon efforts with business goals (new launches, seasonal campaigns).
  • Lead initiatives to fix operational issues (account health, policy violations, pricing).
  • Mentor junior staff on Amazon best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Amazon management experience with a track record of sales growth.
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon algorithms, ads (AMS, DSP), and tools (Seller/Vendor Central).
  • Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel and e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with international Amazon marketplaces and cross-border operations.

  • 使用卖家平台(Seller Central)、Helium 10 等工具跟踪关键绩效指标(KPI),包括销售速度、点击率(CTR)、库存周转率、用户评论等,并根据数据洞察采取行动。
  • 管理库存,避免缺货或库存积压问题;与供应链团队协作,优化亚马逊物流(FBA)运作。
  • 及时了解亚马逊政策及算法更新,调整策略以确保合规运营,并抓住市场机遇。
  • 解决客户问题,管理商品评论与评分,提升客户满意度(CSAT)及卖家反馈评分。
  • 与市场、产品及客户服务团队协作,使亚马逊业务相关工作(新品发布、季节性营销活动)与整体业务目标保持一致。
  • 牵头推进运营问题解决工作,包括账号健康度维护、政策违规处理、定价调整等。
  • 向初级员工传授亚马逊运营最佳实践经验。

任职要求与技能

  • 拥有商务、市场营销或相关专业学士学位。
  • 3 年以上亚马逊账号管理经验,且有销售增长实绩。
  • 深入了解亚马逊算法、广告(亚马逊营销服务 AMS、需求方平台 DSP)及工具(卖家平台 / 供应商平台 Seller/Vendor Central)。
  • 具备较强的数据分析能力,熟练使用 Excel 及电商分析工具。
  • 优秀的项目管理、沟通能力及多任务处理能力。
  • 加分项:熟悉亚马逊国际站点及跨境运营流程。
