Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Process Support:
- Post job openings on major recruitment platforms and ensure timeliness.
- Screen and categorize candidate applications for alignment with role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across different time zones.
- Oversee the filing of background checks and maintain organized candidate records.
Talent Pool Management
- Maintain and update talent pools, ensuring candidate resumes and communication records are well-categorized for easy retrieval.
- Build and strengthen relationships with potential candidates through professional communication.
Platform & Data Management
- Ensure data accuracy and timeliness across major recruitment platforms.
- Generate recruitment analytics and reports to guide data-driven decision-making.
Compliance And Coordination
- Ensure adherence to regional labor laws, industry regulations, and internal compliance standards.
- Act as a liaison for cross-functional collaboration and support HR team initiatives.
Administrative & Miscellaneous Tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the TA department.
- Take on additional TA-related responsibilities as assigned by the hiring manager.
Experience & Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR administration preferred; exceptional new graduates will also be considered. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and attention to detail. Proficiency in English for daily business communication; fluency in other languages is a plus.
