About This Position

  • The Regional Net Revenue Manager plays a pivotal role in driving net revenue management excellence across local markets. This position is responsible for collaborating with and guiding local market teams to optimize pricing, assortment, promotions, and trade spend strategies. The role ensures alignment with regional and global objectives, delivers measurable financial impact, and builds NRM capabilities across the region.

What you´ll do

  • NRM Strategy & Execution
  • Lead the development and execution of regional net revenue management strategies.
  • Guide and support local markets in pricing, assortment, and trade spend optimization, leveraging analytics and best practices.
  • Drive cross-market initiatives to improve promotional efficiency and develop regional promo guidelines.
  • Facilitate regional NRM meetings, workshops, and capability-building sessions to foster knowledge sharing and alignment.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Oversee regional pricing and assortment analytics for priority brands, including price-volume-profit simulations and pack price curves.
  • Consolidate and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and promotional effectiveness across markets.
  • Develop and maintain regional scorecards for pricing, assortment, and promo effectiveness; participate in market reviews.
  • Capability Building & Continuous Improvement
  • Champion roll-out of NRM enabling tools and drive in-market upskilling.
  • Serve as liaison between local/ regional/ global teams and provide ongoing feedback on NRM approach, toolkit, and processes to the global CoE.
  • Executive Support
  • Support regional leadership with high-quality presentations and analytical papers, deployed in decision-making meetings and global board interactions.
  • Guide local markets in preparing and presenting revenue management insights for regional and global forums.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Business, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in revenue management, pricing, commercial finance, or business analytics, ideally in FMCG or multinational companies.
  • Advanced Excel and Tableau skills; experience with revenue management tools and systems.
  • Professional certification (e.g., Certified Revenue Management Professional) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in pricing, financial modeling, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple cultures and functions.
  • Proven ability to drive change and lead internal initiatives.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
