We are seeking a mid-level Design Strategist with exceptional aesthetic sensibility and a sharp sense of fashion to join our core team. (Background in Industrial Design is preferred). You will play a key role, leveraging your keen insights into global fashion, art, and design trends, combined with solid industrial design expertise, to deeply explore user needs and translate them into a design language that aligns with the brand DNA. You will be responsible for defining a premium design direction for our smart screen products. You need strong research and analytical skills, strategic thinking, and compelling storytelling abilities to drive excellence in the product's aesthetic value, user experience, and brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
1.Design Trend Insight & Element Extraction:
Continuously track and deeply analyze macro and micro trends in global fashion, art, design, and lifestyle sectors; complete the writing of annual design trend insight reports. Accurately extract core design elements with commercial value, brand alignment, and high aesthetic quality. Visually present and conceptualize these elements to provide clear, powerful inspiration and directional guidance for the design team.
2.Design Language Research & Strategy Formulation:
Participate in researching and formulating design language strategies for the company's main product lines or specific categories (e.g., Art TV). Assist in defining and evolving the core Product Identity (PI), design principles, and aesthetic tone for the product family, ensuring uniformity, recognizability, and artistic appeal in the appearance design language and CMF application.
3.Art TV Specialized Design Research:
onduct in-depth research into the lifestyles, high-end aesthetic preferences, art collection habits, home environments, and emotional/aesthetic expectations for tech products of target users (Art TV users). Combine this with design trends to explore innovative directions for Art TV regarding environmental integration aesthetics and interactive ritualistic experiences.
4.Design Storytelling & Narrative Construction (Infused with Art & Emotion):
Based on profound user insights, cutting-edge trend research, and design strategy, write compelling design stories rich in artistic appeal, emotional resonance, and commercial persuasiveness for internal decision-making and external communication.
5.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with Industrial Design, CMF Design, User Research, User Experience, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure the effective implementation of design strategies.
Qualifications:
1.Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design. Interdisciplinary background is preferred (e.g., Industrial Design + UX/Visual Communication/Service Design/Brand, etc.).
2.Work Experience:
3-5 years of experience in design research, design strategy, trend analysis, or product definition within consumer electronics, design consultancy, high-end brands, or related fields. Experience participating in CMF development or user research projects is preferred.

Understanding of the CMF design process, material properties, processing techniques, and trends, with the ability to assess their aesthetic and commercial value from a strategic perspective. - Proficient in PPT/Keynote, basic image processing tools; familiarity with user research tools (e.g., Miro) is a plus.

- Experience in design strategy projects for high-end home appliances (especially TV/Art TV), consumer electronics, or the luxury goods sector.
- Strong interest and deep exploration into the integration of art and technology.
- Possess certain hand-sketching, 3D rendering, or prototyping skills (to assist in communicating design concepts).
