Description

Responsible for the design and development of business backend service systems.
Responsible for communicating and analyzing business requirements, and designing APIs.
Responsible for module design, coding, development, and testing of backend systems.
Responsible for system refactoring and optimization, including performance tuning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related major; based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Solid programming skills, strong logical thinking and system design abilities; proficient with common data structures, algorithms, and design patterns; familiar with the Java Memory Model and experienced in JVM tuning.
Strong experience with Spring Boot, with a good understanding of its principles and underlying mechanisms.
Good experience with Python.
Familiar with SQL; proficient in using databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL (plus); capable of SQL performance tuning; familiar with Redis caching solutions and experienced in tuning Redis usage.
Familiar with deployment, operations, and performance tuning in Linux environments; familiar with Nginx; experience with AWS implementation and operations is a strong plus.
Familiar with common middleware such as Kafka, Fabio, Consul, etc.
Highly proactive, with excellent comprehension and communication skills, strong stress tolerance, and a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
